Account deletion

You can delete your TalkBridge account at any time from inside the app:

1. Open TalkBridge and sign in.
2. Open the Account tab and tap “Account deletion”.
3. Type DELETE to confirm and tap “Delete my account”.

This removes your account, projects, cloud files and cloud sessions. Data stored on your phone is also erased; if you only delete the app, the data on your phone is removed with it. This cannot be undone. Some records are kept for a limited time or where the law requires (for example, a deletion record for up to 90 days and database backups for up to 35 days).

If you can no longer access the app, email ktc-services@ktcc.co.jp from the address registered to your account and we will verify and process your request.
